Kindbridge Behavioral Health Welcomes Jami Doucette, MD/MBA, to its Board of Directors

Denver, CO – September 23, 2025 – Kindbridge Behavioral Health is pleased to announce that Jami Doucette has joined its Board of Directors. Doucette brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare leadership, value-based care, oncology research, digital health, and executive health platforms.

Currently, Doucette serves as Executive Chairman of Luna Aesthetics Group and Face Forward Aesthetics, and as a Board Member and interim senior executive with START Center for Cancer Research. He also sits on the boards of Medcan and Sleepquest, and serves as an Operating Advisor to Wildcat Capital Management. Earlier in his career, he was President of Premise Health, where he helped build the nation’s largest direct healthcare provider. He holds an MD and MBA in Health Management from Tufts University, and undergraduate honors in Biology and Economics from Duke University.

“Behavioral addictions are among the most urgent health issues of our time,” said Jami Doucette. “They create downstream challenges like anxiety, depression, and stress at a scale we’ve never seen before. What drew me to Kindbridge is the chance to build real, scalable solutions for these problems. For me, it’s not just professional, it’s personal. As the father of three young daughters, I want them to grow up in a world where, if they ever need support, it’s right there for them.”

Daniel Umfleet, CEO and Founder of Kindbridge, commented:

“We’re thrilled to have Jami join the Board as we expand our reach and impact. Jami has a rare mix of clinical training, business leadership, and entrepreneurial drive. He understands what it takes to scale healthcare solutions responsibly, and he deeply believes in our mission. His leadership will help Kindbridge accelerate its growth and broaden the reach of our care solutions.”

Kindbridge continues to expand its network of clinical, digital, and research-based interventions to deliver high-quality support for behavioral addictions. With Jami’s addition, the Board is further strengthened to guide the organization through its next phases of growth.
